My name is Ca la Maria del Marqués, I was built at the end of the 19th century, beginning of the 20th, by a Marquis who assigned me as a residence for his mistress.
My current owner, Anna, along with some friends, stayed with me for a few days... and she fell in love with me, yes, with Ca la Maria and the town of Fortià. After a few months, fate made an announcement of my sale fall into her hands, and she, along with her husband, decided to stay with me.
I feel very lucky to have lived so intensely, and it is that love moves mountains, unleashes passions, madness and makes us feel more alive.
I have recently been restored and decorated with a lot of style, with noble materials, with captivating reds passing through transparent blues until reaching bright lilacs and pinks, but respecting the three Catalan arches that make up my entire beautiful structure.
I offer you two houses in one, distributed over two floors with a total of 5 spacious rooms (2 of them suite type), 4 bathrooms, 2 living-dining rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 patio, 1 terrace and 1 garage.
I have central heating with natural gas, with cast iron radiators throughout the house.
On the ground floor I have: In the first central arch, a large entrance, with a living-dining room with a fireplace. To the left in the second arch, 2 large bedrooms (one of them type suite with bathroom) and a second bathroom. To the right in the third arch, the 3rd bedroom and large kitchen with access to a nice outdoor patio with barbecue, I also have 1 large garage, which is currently used as a games room.
On the upper floor I have: Large living-dining room with fireplace, 2 spacious bedrooms (one of them suite type with hydromassage bathtub and shower) and a second bathroom with shower, large well-equipped kitchen, with access to a magnificent terrace and its panoramic views.
To find me you will have to come to Fortià, a small town in the Alt Empordà region, which has managed to preserve its essence, where the Fluvià and Muga rivers meet. The perfect place to enjoy the tranquility, nature and a few kilometers from the beach.
