VILLA DIVINA is exclusively a holiday rental property, designed to enjoy a few days of rest with the family, without rush and in complete tranquillity.
Located in a very quiet residential area, VILLA DIVINA is close to the magical Cala Montgó and the wide, bright beach of Riells. It is also near the most emblematic coastal path of L’Escala, a trail that winds between cliffs, hidden coves, Mediterranean vegetation and views that seem taken from a maritime legend.
The villa stands on a plot of over 800 m², a true outdoor haven where privacy takes centre stage. Its private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool invites long days in the sun and endless moments of play.
IMPORTANT: the pool platform is for children’s use only and must not be used by anyone over 50 kg, for safety reasons.
VILLA DIVINA is mainly arranged on one level, with the exception of a very special space: the bedroom located in the tower mezzanine.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by the living room, featuring a decorative fireplace (not usable) and large windows opening directly onto the terrace and pool area.
From this living room, the stairs lead to the most unique feature of the house, the touch of fantasy: at the top of the tower is the round mezzanine bedroom, equipped with an XXL bed worthy of kings and queens. Sleeping here feels like staying in a treehouse or a medieval tower, waiting for a knight (or a princess) to appear at dawn. A truly divine extravagance.
Next to the living room is the independent kitchen, functional and bright, with direct access to the garden.
On the left, a corridor leads to the remaining rooms: two bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with a double bed, and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
VILLA DIVINA is not just a house: it is a setting to create memories, laugh without watching the clock and enjoy a holiday that is… simply divine.
