Zambrano is a pleasant detached house located in a very quiet area, about a ten-minute walk from Riells Beach and very close to local shops. You can park comfortably right in front of the property.
Upon entering, you will find a welcoming garden with an area specially designed so that children can play safely. From the spacious porch, you may supervise them easily while enjoying a relaxing space, along with a barbecue perfect for family meals.
The house is fully laid out on one floor and offers three bedrooms: two with double beds (equipped with ceiling fans) and one with bunk beds. It also includes a full bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with Smart TV. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining area for an additional charge of 12,10 per night.
Outside, you will find the private pool, secured with a fence to ensure peace of mind for families with children. From the covered terrace, stairs lead to the solarium, a perfect spot to unwind at any time of day. This area is equipped with a fridge and a television, ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.
Please note that the house no longer has an outdoor shower, so the exterior area focuses exclusively on the pool and the solarium, both fully prepared for your comfort and safety.
